These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NOX FORM website and any related communications or proposals. NOX FORM is a brand operated by Woodex Global LLC, registered at Dubai Investment Park 2, 61 Street, Warehouse 8, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

By accessing this website or engaging the studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.

NOX FORM provides design studio and interior architecture services, including architecture, interiors, visualization, material curation, and turnkey execution. Turnkey execution is delivered through licensed UAE partners.

All proposals, scopes, fees, and timelines are confirmed in a separate written agreement. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or quotation.

All content on this website — including imagery, renders, text, drawings, the NOX FORM name, logo, and brand elements — is the property of Woodex Global LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, security, or availability. We may update, suspend, or withdraw any part of the website without notice.
